aircraft survival kit
Take steps to increase your chances of survival in case something unplanned happened while you travel on air. Remember Tom Hank’s movie Castaway? Having a plan means being prepared. If you frequently fly for business trips, consider bringing your own aircraft survival kit. It will serve you well in case of any emergency.
Get a kit that is lightweight and will provide you with essentials for survival until a rescue team arrives. Ideally, items should be contained in a backpack for easy portability and convenient, compact storage. All food and water rations should have a 5-year shelf life and must be U.S. Coast Guard approved.
