In the world of “high security” there simply isn’t a shortage of gadgets aimed at keeping our surroundings safe and sound. It’s also no longer a surprise to see them shrinking to fit into anything. Camera lenses gave way to spy pen cameras. CCTVs turned into wireless surveillance cameras. Then as the latter example tells, everything suddenly became transmittable over the air, without any more need for wires.

And as a result of the heightened sense of security all over the globe, we can expect gadgets becoming more and more sophisticated. We’ve already tapped the satellites in space, and our navigation systems now come in a full-screen monitor. Now that we have the Internet, it can only go further.
