Coke can safes
More often than not, burglars are after a homeowner’s jewelry and other valuables. If you have a lot of these, do not hide them in logical and obvious places such as safes, vaults, drawers, and dressers. Keep them instead in diversion safes, or containers that are not normally known for holding priceless items. Coke can safes are examples of these, along with other soft drink brand cans. You can also opt for personal care and household products like aerosol cans, food jars and salt and pepper shakers for your safekeeping needs.
Thieves won’t likely be searching for expensive baubles, necklaces and watches in a soda can. Typically, they’ll head straight to the bedroom and ransack chests, dressers and cabinets expecting to find loot in these places. So keep them guessing and away from your precious booty. Diversion safes also come in the form of light/wall switches, flower pots, books and paperweights – more ways to fool the bad guys.
