We always worry about our security. We worry even more for the security of our family. Is the wife safe from rogue elements as she goes about her housework alone at home? Are the children out of harm’s way as they walk home from school? What can we do to ensure that they are protected while we are away?

We can worry and worry a lot, but this will not help unless we take positive steps to ensure that they are protected. Let us make sure that all our doors and windows are secure. Teach our children to be wary of strangers. There must be some gadget that you can put among their things to point to where they are in case they get lost. We are in a technologically mature world where nothing is impossible. These days, we don’t have to carry leg cuffs around in case we need them after subduing an attacker.
