Whether you are responding to an emergency situation or using it for personal use, first-aid kits are essential in disaster stricken areas. Disaster first aid kits come in different types. A three-day emergency kit is comprised of elements that let you survive for three days.
These essential elements will sustain you from thirst, hunger and extreme cold. However, if you are responding to an emergency situation, your first-aid kit may need more items so you can properly respond to the situation
